What can you do today to help you tomorrow?

3 Things I Pondered Today:

  1. Should you take the easy or unknown path?
  2. Why is it important to allow the seeds you planted to harvest?
  3. What can you do today to help you tomorrow?

There comes a point in every day where I sit there and think to myself should I go about this the easy way or the unknown way. Typically the answer should always be the unknown way when it comes to creativity and sometimes business. Today I thought about a lot of things including focusing more on my cassette stuff outside of work instead of trying real estate. I like the concept of real estate from a buyer’s perspective but I think selling would be too volatile and would rather focus my energy on the tape cassettes.

Out of all the things I have done project wise the tape cassette called Space Cadette is doing the best. I am almost at a profit level on it and I am starting to see that the seeds I planted when I originally produced are finally starting to sprout. There has been a lot of activity within the last couple days which is cool.

Patience is something I work on constantly and I feel that if I continue to make progress it’s moving in the right direction. Also with tiny little signs somebody on Reddit posted a list on tape blogs I had them add mine and my instagram today. My podcast has one episode done and I will be working on having another one this Sunday. For now it will be an every Sunday and hopefully Wednesday when things calm down.

It is important to allow yourself time to have the seeds harvest because if you pull to early the fruit won’t be ready. It’s very similar to the projects I am working on. I notice that the more I let them do their thing while still actively sharing it the more it grows. It’s like it needs time to be found by other people.

Today I learned that what I can do to help tomorrow is continue to make content. It’s so hard to do things while I work however I still find time because I love it. Today I worked from 9 AM to 8:30 PM and I am super grateful to have a job that allows me to pay for things and give me accessibility to start to plant seeds. I spend a lot of my extra money on my cassettes passion and hopefully it will pay off. In the meantime it’s fun and I enjoy it which is satisfactory enough.

This is a short post today I am off to see a concert again and praying that they have cassettes so I can support the artist. Fingers and toes are crossed.
